Weddings

Our specialty. We begin by collecting some information about your day including logistics and your wishlist for floral and decor. Then we get to work on a comprehensive proposal which gives us a great place to work from. We can adjust along the way to make sure everything is perfect before the wedding day.

+ Includes any necessary meetings and correspondence
+ Detailed floral & event design proposal created specifically for your event
+ Initial estimate within 1-2 weeks of first meeting along with all revisions
+ Event day preparation, set-up & any changeover as required
+ Rental items either from our inventory or sourced
+ Clean-up of any rental items: starting at $250
+ Tablescape mock-up meeting including floral: starting at $100

Let us help you make any event special. Birthdays, showers and corporate events are all part of our portfolio. We can put together a customized proposal for you based on your exact needs.

Wedding + Event Direction

Weddings

We love being organized - love it. Let our team be a bigger part of your event. We can work with you in the final month of planning to help make sure every aspect is covered. On event day, we are your eyes and ears so you can enjoy all your planning worry free.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

+ Starts 1 month before the event date with a meeting to cover everything from A to Z including a tentative timeline - additional meetings will be discussed and scheduled here
+ You send us all final information/contracts with each vendor
+ Creation of a detailed timeline including all activities that are apart of the event weekend
+ Week-of email to all vendors with final details
+ Attendance at Rehearsal (if applicable) to help organize and meet the family
+ Access to us on the event day (in person/on site access based on timeline)
+ Set-up and breakdown of all your items (signage, favors, decor, etc)
+ We are the point of contact all day for you and your vendors to make sure it all runs smoothly
